Vladivar
Commodore 64

Vladivar marked a change within Cosine; the cracking section closed down the same year and demo-oriented members started to focus more on the overall design rather than simply producing standard raster bar, logo and scroller demo parts like the majority of crews were doing at the time. The final part with the letters of the sprite scroller falling down the screen and bouncing off Robin Levy's Armalyte landscape graphics (as shown in the screenshot) is the one that seems to have the most impact, being the part that people usually remember.

Trivia: This version has been fixed to decrunch and run correctly on a C128. The "quote" that appears at the bottom of the screen during loading is actually taken from the adult comic Viz and was the inspiration for the name; it says "After three bottles of Vladivar vodka I can perform sexually for periods of up to two weeks" which was attributed to a spokesman for the company. Dave was a school friend of T.M.R
