 MD201705 is a reworked implementation of the first effect from our previous release Mish Mash, except that T.M.R has, eleven years after the original, improved it a little bit by making the routine cover a larger part of the screen, using four oscillators drive the effect rather than just two and updating the colour RAM along with the screen in order to give five colours rather than four.
The music is a loose cover of the excellent Atominus by Maza (from the music pack Fish And Chips 3) which was originally done for the game Nukenin And The Ronin by T.M.R in 1995.
Trivia: This release was something of a rush because T.M.R married his Beloved during May 2017 - the code was written as a distraction and the text hammered in at the last minute on the 31st of the month! |
