 T.M.R's monthly demo series has finally taken a sideways step, with MD201601 being the first instalment of the franchise to not appear on the C64. As with last year's release Inc Year, this was pushed out as part of the now traditional New Years Disk put together by the Atari 8-bit scene. Unlike Inc Year however, this release was written from scratch with the NYD 2016 in mind.
Trivia: Continuing with the "tradition" started with Inc Year, the last minute scrolltext writing and testing on real hardware took place mere hours before the deadline for submissions, this time whilst watching old episodes of Feed Dump on YouTube. And yes, it's very likely that the trivia well has run dry again. |
